Ukrnafta rejects bids from 3 health insurance tender participants
PJSC Ukrnafta has rejected the bids from Ultra Alliance Insurance Company, Krayina Insurance Company, and TAS Insurance Group for participation in the tender for voluntary health insurance (VHI) of employees with an expected procurement cost of UAH 18.709 million, according to the ProZorro electronic procurement system.
Another tender participant, Arsenal Insurance Company, which offered UAH 18.661 million, is awaiting a final decision.
On June 14, 2024, Ukrnafta opened the bids of the participants. The lowest price offer was from Ultra Alliance Insurance Company at UAH 14.354 million, Krayina Insurance Company offered UAH 10 more, TAS Insurance Group – UAH 18.521 million, and Arsenal Insurance Company – UAH 18.661 million.
Earlier, on June 6, 2024, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine's Commission for Reviewing Complaints about Violations of Public Procurement Legislation terminated the consideration of a complaint from Ultra Alliance Insurance Company about the violation of Ukrnafta's tender procedures for voluntary health insurance of employees. The complaint was filed on May 27. In it, Ultra Alliance Insurance Company requested that Ukrnafta be required to amend the tender documentation for the VHI service procurement to eliminate violations.
A year earlier, on June 8, 2023, based on a complaint from Ultra Alliance Insurance Company, the Antimonopoly Committee required Ukrnafta to amend the tender documentation for the VHI service procurement to eliminate violations.
At that time, TAS Insurance Group was recognized as the winner of that tender, and Ukrnafta signed a VHI contract with them on August 16, 2023.
On May 23, 2024, Ukrnafta announced a tender for the VHI of employees.
