Ukrainian stadiums are ready for the resumption of the top national football championship in Ukraine, the Premier League, the spring stage of which will start on March 1.

"Taking into consideration a present season, the specialists of the Premier League and committee on stadiums and security of holding competitions of the Football Federation of Ukraine (FFU) have inspected the football infrastructure of the Premier League's clubs to check their readiness to host spring matches. Last week the committee visited Mariupol, Luhansk, Simferopol and Odesa, the cities where the matches of the next, 19th round of the Ukrainian championship will take place. Donetsk, Kharkiv and Kyiv didn't need to be examined, since they proved their readiness by hosting European cup competitions in February," the press service of the Premiere League reported on Tuesday.

The specialists of the Ukrainian PL and FFU were satisfied with the results of the inspection.

"No major problems that could hamper the holding of the championship were found. There were certain deviations from the norms, but those responsible at the clubs promised to fix them as soon as possible," reads the report.
