One person was killed and eight more were injured on February 20 in Donetsk region, Head of the regional military administration Vadym Filashkin said.

"On February 20, the Russians killed one resident of Donbas – in the village of Kostiantynivka. Another eight people in the region were injured during the day," he said on the Telegram channel.
