The DREAM restoration management system will be open for testing for all communities in November, said the head of the DREAM project office, Viktor Nestulia.

“As of today, we are in closed beta testing mode, and we have 157 communities and governing bodies that use the functionality every day, test it, download and update their projects. We are doing full-fledged work, and we plan that from November we will open the system to everyone who wants to join at the pilot project stage,” Nestulia said at the “Regional Dimension of the Ukraine Plan” conference in Kyiv on Friday.

According to him, among the most active participants in testing are Kyiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Vinnytsia and Dnipropetrovsk regional military administrations, as well as the Irpin, Vysokopillia, Kuyalnyk, Bashtanka, Voznesensk, Fastiv, and Boryspil territorial communities.

In addition, based on the results of beta testing, a focus group was created to optimize the work and improve the user experience in the DREAM system, which included eight management bodies, including both regional administration and territorial communities.

As reported, the pilot project of the unified electronic restoration management ecosystem DREAM (Digital Restoration Ecosystem for Accountable Management) was launched in November 2022. The ecosystem allows controlling every stage of the restoration project - from recording damage and destruction to financing, procurement and construction work and commissioning of facilities.

On May 5, 2023, the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development and Infrastructure of Ukraine presented the communication platform of the DREAM system.

As reported, the full functionality of DREAM is planned to be launched in March 2024.
