Defenders of Mariupol urge world community to extract them from Azovstal
Commander of the 36th Separate Marine Brigade of the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Serhiy Volynsky (Volyna) has called on the world community to implement the extraction procedure for the Ukrainian military, who are now on the territory of the Azovstal plant in Donetsk region.
"If world civilization still has common spiritual values and ideals, if people manage to feel the pain and suffering of others, if a plea for help make us act, then I call on to fight for the Mariupol garrison! I call on the whole world, I call on everyone to help to launch the "extraction" procedure for the Ukrainian military!" Volynsky said on Facebook Wednesday morning.
According to him, the Marines remain faithful to the oath and do not hesitate to give their lives for the Motherland.
"It was the Marines who taught me how to love Ukraine sincerely! To love with courage and fearlessly, to love with a weapon in hands and in moments of the greatest danger, to love carefully, bravely and uncompromisingly! We are fighting ... Marines - ALWAYS FAITHFUL!!! " the brigade commander wrote.
As reported, on April 27, Volynsky had already asked to save the Mariupol garrison and carry out the "extraction" procedure, following the example of the Dunkirk operation in 1940. Then he said that there are already more than 600 wounded in the Mariupol group and they are in dire need of medical care, there are also wounded civilians on the territory of the plant, who are receiving all possible assistance.
