Nine people have been killed in the bombing of the city of Mykolaiv by the Russian military, Head of Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim has said.

"Scum!!!! 9 people died in the bombing ... Mykolaiv," Kim wrote on the Telegram channel on Sunday.
