Head of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine (CEC) Tetiana Slipachuk has said that the second round of voting in the presidential elections in Ukraine was a very good example of how democratic elections should be held.

"Completion of the re-vote, the second round of voting in the presidential elections in Ukraine, is a very good measurement and example of how they should be held and how they are already being held in Ukraine: real, democratic, free elections," Slipachuk said at a briefing on Monday.

Also, the head of the CEC added that during the elections there were no irregularities that could affect the voting results.

In addition, she noted that the CEC had already received the first original of the protocol from the district election commission from Kyiv.
