One Ukrainian serviceman injured amid 14 enemy attacks in past 24 hours

 Russia's hybrid military forces have mounted 14 attacks on Ukrainian army positions in Donbas in the past 24 hours, with one Ukrainian soldier reported as wounded in action, the press centre of the Joint forces Operation (JFO) has reported.

"Russian invaders opened fire on the positions of our troops 14 times. At the same time, the enemy used weapons banned by the Minsk agreements 2 times .... As a result of the shelling, one serviceman of the JFO was injured," the JFO staff said on Facebook on Thursday morning.

Russian militants attacked Ukrainian defenders near Vilny, Katerynivka, Novoluhanske, Kamianka, Pisky, Maryinka, Pavlopil, Hnutove, and Vodiane.

The enemy also resorted to 82mm mortars to shell the defenders of Pavlopil and Hnutove, while the Ukrainian positions near Pisky came under fire from grenade launchers and heavy machine guns. In addition, 120mm mortar shells hit Vodiane in the Mariupol sector. Moreover, the hostilities took place three times near Vilny, which is in the Popasna sector.

"Since Thursday midnight, Russian mercenaries have mounted three attacks on the Ukrainian positions near Avdiyivka and Krasnohorivka and Hnutove. No heavy weapons were used. One Ukrainian serviceman has received an injury," the staff said.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, three enemy troops were killed.
