Law enforcement officers from the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) have prevented citizen S. from illegally selling ammunition and explosives.

Law enforcement officers detained citizen S. during the next sale of ammunition, namely the F1 grenade and RGD-5, and receiving $200 for this illegal activity. It is noted that the lawbreaker was detained in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, the JFO press centre reported on Facebook.

"In general, during the disclosure of illegal activities of citizen S., the fact that he sold ten grenades of various brands was documented," the JFO press center noted.

Currently, urgent investigative actions are being carried out in order to document his criminal activities, as well as the seizure of things that are dangerous to others. Searches are being conducted at the place of residence and in the garage premises used by the armed man.

"The possibility of involvement of the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the commission of this crime is thoroughly checked," it said.
