United States Department of State Special Representative for Ukraine Negotiations Kurt Volker said he would be willing to visit Donetsk and Luhansk after these cities are back under Ukraine's control.

Speaking at a press conference in Sloviansk, Donetsk region, on Tuesday, Volker said he would not like to give any pretext for legitimization of the so-called political entities that are controlled by Russia.
