Imposition of martial law in eastern Ukraine not on agenda now - acting defense minister
Acting Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Koval has said that the question of imposing martial law in the eastern regions of Ukraine is currently not on the agenda.
"Such a question is not on the agenda," he told reporters in Kyiv on Wednesday, when asked whether the subject of imposing martial law in the eastern regions of the country is relevant.
Koval also said that the National Security and Defense Council had not held any meeting on this issue. He could not say when such a meeting will take place.
