Berkut special forces have started clearing anti-government protesters from Hrushevskoho Street in downtown Kyiv.

On Wednesday afternoon, after the law enforcers dismantled the barricade, they started moving to European Square.

The protesters are throwing stones and Molotov cocktails at police officers.
