Leader of the Svoboda parliamentary faction Oleh Tiahnybok has stated that only Ukrainian oligarchs could benefit from Ukraine's accession to the Customs Union.

"Accession to the Customs Union can bring benefit only to oligarchs," the parliamentarian said at the morning sitting of the Verkhovna Rada in Kyiv on Tuesday.

He stressed that "Ukraine may lose strategic enterprises and land as a consequence of joining extremely doubtful Customs Union."
