IDS Ukraine, the largest player in the water market in the country, paid UAH 800 million in taxes to budgets of all levels in 2023, which is UAH 101 million more than in 2022, according to the company's release that is available to Interfax-Ukraine.

According to the company's forecasts, the upward trend in tax payments will continue in 2024, since in January IDS Ukraine already transferred UAH 73.7 million to budgets of various levels. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the total amount of taxes paid by IDS Ukraine amounted to about UAH 1.5 billion.

In addition, the company noted that IDS Ukraine has invested UAH 2.3 billion in the Ukrainian economy over the past 5 years, of which almost UAH 500 million has been since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.

It is indicated that the activities of the company's enterprises support the communities of the cities of Myrhorod and Morshyn, for which IDS Ukraine factories are an important donor of local budgets and a place of work for citizens.

In 2023, IDS Ukraine also released new products - the energy drink Volia and the juice drink Lemonade, the launch of which increased tax revenues to budgets of all levels by tens of millions of hryvnia, the company emphasized.

"Successful activities in the market and the company's profitability allow us to pay taxes necessary to finance defense expenditures, pay wages to a team of three thousand people and provide a wide range of humanitarian assistance to our colleagues who are now defending the country at the front, rescuers and all Ukrainians suffering from the invasion and those in need of support," General Director Mark Tkachuk commented on the results of IDS Ukraine.
