The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the functions of the Government Commissioner for Investments.

In particular, according to Decree No. 288 of March 16, the title of the position sounds like the Government Commissioner for investments, attraction of financial assistance under martial law, formation of an economic recovery and transformation fund, a fund for supporting small and medium businesses, a fund for restoring property and destroyed infrastructure, a service fund and repayment of the public debt, army support fund, humanitarian fund.

As reported, recovery funds began to work in Ukraine in connection with the armed aggression of Russia.
