Naftogaz chief Kobolev put on Russian sanction list

Naftogaz Ukrainy CEO Andriy Kobolev has been put on the list of individuals against whom sanctions of the Russian government were imposed in pursuance of the decree of the president on application of special economic measures over unfriendly Ukrainian actions towards citizens and legal entities of the Russian Federation.

"I am not ready to comment on my inclusion in the Russian sanction list, as I did not have and do not have assets there. I am not planning to travel to Sochi," he wrote on his Facebook page.

The list also includes President and majority shareholder of the Galnaftogaz Concern (including the OKKO filling station network) Vitaliy Antonov, co-owner of the Continuum group of companies (including the WOG filling station network) Stepan Ivakhiv and the owner of the large private gas producing group Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky.

The list also includes acting Head of the parliamentary committee on fuel and energy complex Oleksandr Dombrovsky; businessman Konstantin Grigorishin (Energy Standard Group); and Smart Holding CEO Oleksiy Pertin.
