London court will hold another meeting on PrivatBank lawsuit against Kolomoisky and Boholiubov on May 4

The High Court of Justice in London on May 4 will hold another meeting on the lawsuit of PrivatBank (Kyiv) against its former owners Ihor Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov, as well as related companies, according to the agenda of the court meeting.

The meeting is scheduled for 12:00 London time. The judge in the process will be Peter Roth.

As reported, Kroll company, attracted by the Ukrainian government in 2017, after the forensic audit of PrivatBank confirmed that the financial institution before its nationalization at the end of 2016 was the object of large-scale and coordinated fraudulent actions, which resulted in losses of at least $5.5 billion.

PrivatBank in December 2017 filed a lawsuit to the High Court of Justice in England against Kolomoisky, Boholiubov, as well as the companies Teamtrend Ltd., Trade Point Agro Ltd., Collyer Ltd., Rossyan Investing Corp., Milbert Ventures Inc. and ZAO Ukrtransitservice Ltd., which allegedly belong to them or are under their control.

The court, as an interim measure, issued a ruling for the worldwide seizure of the assets of the former owners of the bank, Kolomoisky and Boholiubov and the said six companies, for more than $2.5 billion.

The court obliged Kolomoisky and Boholiubov to disclose information about all their assets to a limited circle of people who are taking part in the hearing of the lawsuit.
