The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the procedure for determining the specifics of imports, delivery and targeted use of medicines, medical devices, which are exempt from value added tax and are purchased on the basis of agreements with specialized organizations engaged in procurement, the list of which is defined by the law of Ukraine on public procurement.

Relevant decree No. 1153 of December 2, 2015 has been posted on the website of the government.

According to the order, in particular, imports to the customs territory of Ukraine is carried out by enterprises, institutions and organizations on the terms established by the Customs Code of Ukraine, other legislative acts, as well as pursuant to the relevant agreements (contracts) signed between the Ministry of Health and specialized organizations.
