Up to 5% of GDP should be spent on national security, defense – Yatseniuk about new government's action plan

Up to 5% of total GDP in Ukraine should be spent on the country's national security and defense, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
"Up to 5% of GDP should be funneled into national security, defense, and law-enforcement," Yatseniuk said at a Cabinet meeting when presenting his government's action plan on Tuesday.
The government should draw up the national budget for 2015 with due regard to this figure, he added.
