Kyivstar provides businesses, govt agencies with Star.Docs e-document service free of charge

In support of Ukrainian companies in difficult wartime conditions, the Kyivstar mobile operator provides business clients with the opportunity to use the Star.Docs electronic document management platform without paying for the service, the company's press service said on Thursday.

Kyivstar notes that thanks to Star.Docs, you can transfer the organization's internal and external document flow to digital format in order to quickly edit, comment, approve, exchange and sign documents online on any convenient device - a computer, tablet or even smartphone.

All working files can be stored in convenient electronic registries in the cloud storage, access to which is 24/7.

Star.Docs is a service created by Kyivstar in partnership with the Intecracy Deals consortium. In the development of implemented measures to protect personal data, all information is encrypted, and to guarantee against data loss, the system conducts regular backups of user information, which minimizes the risks of its loss.

"Working with Star.Docs electronic documents, users can save time and track/control the status of documents in the system: signed, requires approval, awaiting signature, not yet signed by a partner. The option of signing/approving a group of documents at once is also available - this saves time on the processing of documents of the same type," the report says.

The Star.Docs service can be useful for private entrepreneurs, representatives of large, small and medium-sized businesses, as well as government agencies. To start working with it, you need to register on the platform and have a QES (qualified electronic signature) for operations.

To use the Star.Docs mobile application on Android or iOS, you need to download it to your smartphone or tablet from Google Play Market or App Store.
