Ukraine to take on Sweden, France and England at Euro 2012

Ukraine's national football team will face Sweden, France and England in Group D at the Euro 2012 European Football Championship.

Russia was drawn against Poland, Greece and the Czech Republic in Group A.

In Group B, the Netherlands will take on Denmark, Germany and Portugal.

Spain, Ireland, Croatia and Italy will play in Group C.

Ukraine will play its first Euro 2012 match against Sweden in Kyiv on June 11.

The second match will be played against France in Donetsk on June 15, and the last group stage match will be played against England in Donetsk on June 19.

These cities will also host other Group D matches on the same days. At the same time, Sweden will play all of its three matches in Kyiv, while residents of Donetsk will be able to watch the match between France and England.

'Group of death' teams – the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, and Portugal - will play their matches in Kharkiv and Lviv on June 9, 13 and 17. Residents of Kharkiv will be able to watch matches between the Netherlands and Denmark and between Germany and Portugal.

Group A matches will be held in Warsaw and Wroclaw. The tournament's co-hosts, Poland, will play their first two matches in Warsaw - the opening game against Greece on June 8 and the match against Russia on June 12. Poland will play their last group stage match against the Czech Republic on June 16.

Russia will play their first Euro 2012 match against the Czech Republic in Wroclaw on June 8. Then it will face Poland in Warsaw on June 12 and take on Greece in Warsaw on June 16.

Group C teams - Spain, Croatia, Italy and Ireland - will hold their matches in Poznan and Gdansk on June 10, 14 and 18.

Euro 2012 will take place in Poland and Ukraine from June 8 to July 1, 2012.
