Seventy-nine occupiers, 12 pieces of equipment destroyed in Pivden operational command

On Tuesday, May 10, some 79 occupiers and 12 pieces of equipment were destroyed by the Ukrainian military in the zone of the Operational Command Pivden (South).

"In total, our rocket and artillery units, aircraft of the Air Forces and Ground Forces defeated more than nine targets in enemy positions during the day. The total losses of the aggressor are 79 ruscists, 12 pieces of equipment, among which, in addition to UAVs, howitzers, automotive and armored vehicles," a Facebook report posted on Wednesday night says.

It is noted that the enemy from the occupied territories is firing multiple rocket launchers in Mykolaiv direction, trying to intimidate and once again inflict a painful defeat with prohibited cluster munitions of indiscriminate action. Private houses, agricultural facilities were damaged and the power supply of one of the settlements was disrupted. There is no information about the victims.

In Kherson region, both cases of the use of enemy unmanned aerial vehicles of the Orlan-10 type ended with the hit and neutralization of infiltrators.

In Odesa region, psychological pressure continues on the population of the areas bordering Transdniestria regarding the likely blockade of the region due to the termination of the Dniester Bridge, over which a missile attack was again used. And also because of the escalation of the situation due to the bringing of the armed formations of the Transdniestrian region of the Republic of Moldova and the units of the operational group of the Russian troops into "Full" combat readiness.

"There is a threat of missile strikes from the temporarily occupied Crimea, from the air with the use of aviation and from the sea, where an enemy naval group equipped with cruise missiles continues to be located," the Pivden task force said.
