Every new hour on European radio stations will begin with a Ukrainian song, Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko has said.

"Our music is an important part of Ukrainian culture. It has always been spiritual support for every person. Its color and ethnic motives are gaining more and more connoisseurs in the world. Recall only last year's sensation at Eurovision. And now I have great news about this: together with First Lady Olena Zelenska, the ministry organizes an hourly broadcast of Ukrainian songs on European radio. I am sure that this will contribute to even greater solidarity with Ukraine," Tkachenko said on Telegram.

According to him, according to preliminary agreements with the European Broadcasting Union, every new hour on European radio stations will begin with a Ukrainian song.
