NCCR set initial cost of 4G licenses for 2,600 MHz frequency range

The National Commission for State Regulation of Communications and Information Technology (NCCR) opened envelops with price offers of operators for 4G licenses in the 2,600 MHz range and set the initial cost of each lot out of seven lots.

The initial cost of lots at tenders by voices for lot one is UAH 572.001 million, for lots two-four – UAH 293 million and for lots five-seven – UAH 286 million.

The tenders by voice will take place on January 31, 2018. The tender commission is to start working at 10:00. The tender will be held in the building of the state-owned enterprise Ukrainian State Center of Radio Frequencies (UCRF).

Vodafone Ukraine submitted its bid on December 21, 2017, Kyivstar was second submitting its bid on December 22, 2017 and lifecell was third on December 22, 2017.
