The Trilateral Contact Group for Donbas has begun a videoconference involving representatives of individual districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Darka Olifer, press secretary of Ukrainian representative to the Trilateral Contact Group Leonid Kuchma, said on Facebook on Thursday.
