Three experts from the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) have arrived in Kyiv to investigate the Malaysian jet crash that occurred in the Donetsk region on July 17, the head of the Ukrainian State Aviation Service, Denys Antoniuk, told Interfax-Ukraine.

One of the experts will travel to the crash site as early as today.
