Court bans Innocence of Muslims in Russia
Moscow's Tverskoi Court declared as extremist the anti-Muslim film, Innocence of Muslims, which was posted on the Internet and provoked mass disturbances in many countries.
The court granted the relevant request, filed by the Prosecutor General's Office, and banned this film in Russia, an Interfax correspondent reported.
Judge Yevgeny Komissarov pronounced the resolutive part of the ruling on Monday, the full text of which will be released on October 5.
"The ruling may be appealed within four weeks," Komissarov said.
