Last night, units of the Defense Forces shot down 56 enemy UAVs, 48 ​​drone simulators were lost, the press service of the Ukrainian Air Force reported.

"As of 9:00, the downing of 56 Shahed-type attack UAVs (drones of other types) in the south, north, east and center of the country has been confirmed," the message says.

In particular, 48 enemy drone imitators were lost (without negative consequences).

It is reported that on the night of March 26 (from 20:00 on March 25), the enemy attacked with 117 Shahed-type strike UAVs and various types of drone imitators from the following directions: Millerovo, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk of the Russian Federation, Chauda - Crimea.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine.

Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad and Cherkasy regions suffered as a result of the Russian attack.
