Ukrainian Red Cross helps people affected by Russia's attack on Kyiv
Five volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross helped the people affected by the fall of Russian missile debris in the center of Kyiv after Russia's attack this morning.
"An aid station has been set up where the injured and residents of the surrounding houses can get first aid, charge gadgets, drink tea or coffee. Five volunteers are engaged in the response actions," the organization said on Facebook Friday.
Volunteers of the emergency response unit of the National Committee of the Ukrainian Red Cross helped the victims and rescuers on the spot.
As reported, according to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the morning missile attack of the Russian Armed Forces on Kyiv resulted in the fall of debris in several districts of the city. One person was killed and 13 people were injured.
The Grand and Toronto business centers, HolidayInn hotel, bank offices, embassies and consulates, St. Nicholas Church, residential buildings were damaged in the center of the capital.
