Ukrnafta, SOCAR start cooperation on fuel cards

1 min read

The Ukrnafta and SOCAR gas station chains have agreed on the mutual circulation of fuel cards in the chains by signing an agreement on an inter-issuer program.

According to a press release from Ukrnafta, legal entities that own its NAFTA Card and sCard from SOCAR with a cash deposit can receive the required amount of fuel in both chains with discounts from the price of a gas station on the date of its visit.

Payment is made using funds in accounts linked to fuel cards.

"This allows clients of both companies to expand the geography of gas stations: there are now 456 gas stations in the Ukrnafta chain, and 57 gas stations in the SOCAR chain. Therefore, no matter where you are, you can always fill up your car with high-quality fuel at a favorable offer," the press release notes.

As reported, at the end of September this year, Ukrnafta began working with the BVS (75 gas stations), VST (88 gas stations) and Ovis (43 gas stations) chains in the field of fuel cards.

Ukrnafta, the largest oil producing company in Ukraine, is the operator of a national chain of 537 gas stations, of which 456 are operational.
