PrivatBank selling Radisson Blu Resort Bukovel hotel

State-owned PrivatBank (Kyiv) has announced a tender to select Ukrainian and international consulting companies to attract potential investors when the bank sells a stake in Bokovel ski resort, Radisson Blu Resort Bukovel hotel and other assets.

The press service of the bank reported on Monday that the minimum price of Radisson Blu Resort Bukovel hotel with an area of 39,200 square meters in Palianytsa village will be UAH 1.049 billion.

In addition, a part of the Bukovel ski resort consisting of 14 aerial cableways, 34 parcels of ski slopes with snow cannons and commercial real estate with an area of 4,000 square meters was assessed at UAH 2.185 billion.

The tender to select the companies that will sell the assets will last until October 22, 2018.

In addition to the assets in Bukovel, the bank intends to sell the football stadium Dnipro Arena for UAH 1.375 billion and the training base for training the top division football clubs in Dnipro for UAH 207.6 million.

The bank is selling the Priozerny shopping center in Dnipro for UAH 236.2 million. The facility is located on a land parcel of 0.36 hectares, the total area of the center is 32,400 square meters.

Also PrivatBank will put the Myr hotel in Kyiv located at 70, Holosiyivsky Avenue with an area of 17,000 square meters up for sale at a starting price of UAH 325.32 million.
