Ukrtelecom increases tariffs in three tariff plans by 9% on average from June 1
Public joint-stock company Ukrtelecom from June 1, 2018 will increase the tariffs for Home Basic, General Basic and Home Unlimited plans by 8.2-11.2% (by UAH 6 with VAT), the company's press service has told Interfax-Ukraine.
Ukrtelecom raises the cost of tariff plans for fixed-line telephony services, which include package services - minutes for communication within the country and minutes to call to subscribers of mobile operators. This does not apply to a fee that is regulated by the state. We remind you that Ukrtelecom has a line of tariff plans that include only a subscription fee and correspond to the marginal tariffs for publicly available telecommunications services established by the National Commission for Communications and Informatization Regulation (NCCR). The cost of these tariff plans does not change," the company said.
Ukrtelecom also said that the cost of providing telecommunications services increased, among other things, due to the growth of tariffs for material resources (fuel and electricity).
In the package minutes there are long-distance calls, calls to SIP-telephony subscribers and calls to mobile subscribers.
The cost of package minutes will be increased by UAH 6 with VAT for Home Unlimited tariff plans (to UAH 79 in cities and 74 UAH in rural areas), General Basic (to UAH 63.48 in cities and UAH 59.47 in rural areas) and Home Basic (to UAH 74 in the cities and UAH 69 in rural areas).
