Ukraine International Airlines (UIA, Kyiv) is implementing a project to switch to the Amadeus Altea new booking system aiming at providing a wider range of opportunities and services for passengers. The finalizing stage includes temporary restricting access to some services.

The airline's press service reported that for the period of synchronizing profiles of passengers who often use the services – from October 12 through October 15, 2016 – the options to register new participants and amendments to personal and contact data of existing participants of Panorama Club and Panorama Club Corporate programs would be temporarily unavailable.

In the period from 12:00 on October 22 until 12:00 on October 23 Kyiv time booking and purchase of tickets for UIA flights will be unavailable, as well as making changes to booking information and using auxiliary services on the website, call center, UIA ticket offices and ticket offices of other agencies.

The period for disconnection of services could be expanded.

Preliminarily the resumption of the ticket booking system is scheduled for 12:01 on October 23 Kyiv time.
