Deputy NBU head Rashkovan creating investment company with co-owner of TIS Stavnitser

Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) Vladyslav Rashkovan, who terminates its work at the central bank from August 1, jointly with Director General of TIS Group of terminals (Odesa region) Andriy Stavnitser is creating SD Capital to attract investment of large foreign companies to Ukraine.

"Jointly with old and reliable friends Stavnitser and Filip Hrushko [business development director at TIS, earlier worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Germany] we have decided to create SD Capital, which will become a partner for large foreign companies that will invest in the Ukrainian economy," he wrote on his Facebook page.

He added that in the company he will work on the strategy, transformation of large organizations, M&A in the real economic and financial sectors.

Rashkovan said that the NBU should be a magnet for gifted persons and attract best people from the market, but then they should return back to the market after becoming more skillful and be envoys of the regulator's policy and creators of added value in the economy.

TIS is a large private stevedoring company in Ukraine. It operates at Yuzhny port near Odesa.
