Oschadbank (Kyiv) on May 6 resumed the work of offices in Sloviansk and Kramatorsk (Donetsk region), which on May 5 suspended operations in connection with the active phase of the antiterrorist operation, the bank said in a press release.

"All offices of Oschadbank in Donetsk region are working as normal. The bank accepts housing and utility services payments, performs payments of wages, pensions, social assistance and other operations. The encashment service operates as normal, constantly replenishing ATMs with cash," reads a statement.

Oschadbank's regional network in the country consists of more than 5,500 offices, including 549 offices in Donetsk region and 225 - in Luhansk region. There are 19 offices in Sloviansk and 18 in Kramatorsk.

Oschadbank was founded in 1991. Its sole owner is the state.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine, on January 1, 2014 by total assets it ranked second (UAH 103.568 billion) among 180 banks operating in the country.
