On May 19, 2023, the first round of the Open All-Ukrainian Festival-competition of Young Violinists "Maestro dell'Arco" will take place. One of the tasks of the Festival-competition is to identify, support and assist in the realization of the creative potential of the most gifted young performers.

The Festival-competition is initiated by the Kozlovsky Art Center of  TVIK "Kyiv National Academic Operetta Theater" together with the Charitable Organization "Mizerere" Charity Fundation".

Prominent figures of the musical art of Ukraine and abroad are invited as professional independent arbitrators to work on the Jury of the Festival-competition.

Oschadbank acted as the general partner of the Festival-competition. The partner of the event is the Precedent Legal Center (Dnipro).

This year the Festival- competition will be held in two rounds.

The first round will be held remotely (online): on May 19, the members of the Jury will consider video recordings of participants' performances for selection to the second round of the Festival-competition.

On June 3 and 4, 2023 the second round and a gala-concert will take place.

The second round will be held in a mixed form: at the  Kozlovskyi Art Center: offline – for those participants who are in Ukraine, online – for foreign contestants.

The Festival-competition will end with a gala-concert, where the winners of the second round and members of the Jury of the Festival-competition will take part, accompanied by an orchestra. The gala-concert will take place on June 4, 2023 (starts at 5:00 p.m.).
