Georgian presidential candidate from the former ruling party United National Movement Grigol Vashadze wants to schedule an early parliamentary election if he wins in a second round of election.

"The first thing that we will have to do is to announce an early parliamentary election. It is absolutely necessary to change the political system," Vashadze said at a meeting with voters in the Kutaisi city on Sunday.

The government should change hands and should be manned with "professionals", he added.

"We will have to reform judicial and law enforcement systems," Vashadze said.

At the same time, a lot of members of the public, who demanded preventing "Saakashvili's fascist regime" from coming back to power, held a rally in Tbilisi on Sunday.

Participants told reporters that a mass rally against United National Movement's attempts to regain power will be held in Tbilisi on November 7.
