Kyiv insists elections in certain districts of Donbas to take place after complete ceasefire and withdrawal of foreign troops

Ukraine's stance remains the same over the elections in certain districts of Donbas that could be held only when a complete ceasefire is achieved, foreign troops are withdrawn and when Ukraine gets a control over the border, press secretary of Ukrainian representative to the Minsk peace group Leonid Kuchma Darka Olifer reported.
"Regarding the political issues, Ukraine's stance remains the same: holding of the elections in certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions is possible just after a complete ceasefire is brought, foreign military units are withdrawn from the territory of Ukraine and Ukraine gets a control over Ukrainian-Russia border," she wrote on her page in Facebook following the results of the Minsk peace group's meeting on Wednesday.
