Verkhovna Rada has passed a resolution "On organizational matters relating to the enactment of a bill on the reinstatement of the 2004 Ukrainian Constitution."
The decision was supported by 325 MPs out of the 331 registered for Saturday voting.
The resolution had to be passed to reinstate the 2004 Constitution, as President Viktor Yanukovych had not signed the relevant bill the parliament had passed on Friday, this is how newly-elected parliamentary Chairman Oleksandr Turchynov explained the decision.
