Cabinet approves creation of Syhnivka industrial park in Lviv
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine included the Syhnivka industrial park (Lviv) in the Register of Industrial Parks, Taras Melnychuk, representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, said on Telegram.
The government made a corresponding decision at a meeting on Tuesday.
As reported, the park will be located on an area of 15 hectares with an area of 90,000 square meters of production space. Key industries are the automotive industry, data centers, food and light industry. It is planned to create 1,500 jobs within 10 years.
The concept for the development of the municipal industrial park Syhnivka was helped to develop by the Kyiv School of Economics with the support of the UK government (UK Aid).
The site of the industrial park Syhnivka is located 5 km from the city center, near the ring road. It is connected to a centralized water supply and sewerage system, and there is a railway line nearby that can be connected to the site.
In addition, industrial investors work in neighboring areas, which makes it possible to attract their enterprises to cooperation.
Thus, 68 parks are already included in the Register of Industrial Parks.
