NovaPay Credit increases charter capital by UAH 120 mln, net profit by 57% in Q1 2023

The credit institution NovaPay Credit LLC, part of the non-banking financial group NovaPay, increased its charter capital by UAH 120 million, to UAH 175 million in the first quarter of 2023.

As stated in the company's quarterly reports, this happened in mid-February, NovaPay LLC remained the owner of the company with a 100% share, and the beneficiaries are owners of the Nova Poshta group of companies Viacheslav Klimov and Volodymyr Popereshniuk.

As a result, the equity capital of NovaPay Credit increased 2.1 times in the first quarter of this year, to UAH 230.79 million, while liabilities decreased from UAH 173.62 million to UAH 3.13 million.

According to reports, in January-March 2023, the company increased its net profit by 56.9%, to UAH 7.28 million compared to the same period last year.

NovaPay Credit's revenue increased by 68.7%, to UAH 12.7 million, operating profit - by 25.2%, to UAH 10.82 million.

It is noted that in the first quarter of 2023, the company's assets decreased by 17.5% compared to January-March 2022, to UAH 233.92 million.

As reported, NovaPay Credit placed its debut bond issue for UAH 100 million in the second quarter.

According to forecasts in the prospectus, the company plans to receive UAH 27.06 million in net profit in 2023, UAH 242.23 million in 2024, and UAH 411.66 million in 2025.

As stated in the prospectus, last year the company's revenue decreased by 40.6%, to UAH 29.89 million, largely due to the credit holidays introduced at the beginning of the war, and the net loss amounted to UAH 2.15 million against a net profit of UAH 24.40 million a year earlier.
