Group DF denies information spread by the Ukrainian Agrarian Council that Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has fined Ostchem.

"Information spread on July 13 by one of the agrarian associations that Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allegedly declared that Ostchem abuses of monopoly and decided to fine the group 10% of its income is untrue. This is an attempt to press on the committee," Group DF said.

The press service said that today the committee has not issued any decisions that Ostchem's enterprises violated antimonopoly legislation.

"In 2015, the Antimonopoly Committee really launched an investigation into some enterprises of Ostchem Group. Today the investigation has not been finished and no decisions have been made," Group DF said.
