Ukrnafta board proposes payment of UAH 3.8 billion by Naftogaz in readjustment plan

Ukrnafta's board has drafted a pretrial readjustment plan and submitted it to the company's supervisory board.
The document foresees payment of UAH 3.8 billion by national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy for gas produced in 2006-2012, the company's press service reported.
"The key elements of the plan include planned money flows to pay the tax debt in line with the company's future operation figures; payment of UAH 3.8 billion for 11 billion cubic meters of natural gas made by Ukrnafta and transferred to Ukrtransgaz in the period from 2006 to 2012; payment of debts of other debtors," the company said.
Ukrnafta said that Naftogaz Ukrainy is holding consultations with Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers regarding the proposed readjustment plan.
