Kernel to pay dividends of $0.25 per share

Kernel, one of the largest Ukrainian agricultural groups, intends to pay dividends for the 2015 financial year (FY, July 2014 - June 2015) in the amount of $0.25 per share.

According to a company report posted on the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the appropriate decision will be submitted for approval by the shareholders at a general meeting scheduled for December 10, 2015.

As reported, the shareholders of Kernel approved payment of dividends for the 2014 fiscal year (July 2013 - June 2014) in the amount of $0.25 per share.

Kernel is a vertically integrated company which has been operating in the Ukrainian agribusiness sector since 1994. The group produces sugar and sunflower oil, distributes bottled oil under the brand names Schedry Dar, Stozhar and Chumak Zolota, exports oil and grain, and provides elevator storage services for grain and oilseeds.
