Savik Shuster has become the owner of 50% of shares in TRC World Information Service LLC (3S.TV).

The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine announced this at a meeting on the discussion of the renewal of the TV company's license.

The TV company changed its name from Pravda Russian World Channel and its ownership structure.

Previously, Pavlo Yelizarov was the sole owner of the TV company. Yelizarov now owns 50% of the shares.

The National Television and Radio Broadcasting Council of Ukraine decided to postpone the consideration of the renewal of the license to the following week.
