The Kyiv office of Baker & McKenzie international law firm has become the official partner of the Ukrainian Association of Pharmaceutical Research and Development (APRaD).

According to a press release issued by the law firm, lawyers from the pharmaceutical and healthcare department of Baker & McKenzie will provide legal support for APRaD's activities in Ukraine.

According to APRaD Executive Director Volodymyr Redko, in particular, Baker & McKenzie will provide the association with professional systemic support in pharmaceutical industry deregulation and health care reform.

APRaD is a non-governmental and non-profit organization founded in 2007 to represent the interests of the pharmaceutical research industry in Ukraine. It brings together 18 of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.
