The potential of investment into the Ukrainian transport industry is billions of dollars, Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Vilkul said at the Ukrainian Transport Infrastructure Forum organized by the Adam Smith Institute (UK) and the Infrastructure Ministry in Kyiv on Tuesday.

"In order to realize our transit potential, develop the economy and improve social standards, Ukraine is open for public-private partnerships, and private investment into transport infrastructure," he said.

Speaking about Ukrainian ports, the deputy premier pointed out that the reform in this area was going on schedule. The negotiations with investors on all ports are underway.
