EuroCape Ukraine I to build wind-driven plant worth EUR 600 m in Zaporizhia region
Kyiv-based EuroCape Ukraine I, part of EuroCape New Energy Limited of EuroCape Group, plans to invest EUR 600 million in the construction of a wind-driven plant in Pryazovsky district in Zaporizhia region.
The press secretary of the chairman of Zaporizhia regional state administration, Zoreslava Tsuprenko, told Interfax-Ukraine that an agreement on the realization of the investment project was signed on April 14 by EuroCape Ukraine I and Pryazovsky state administration. The agreement was approved by the chairman of Zaporizhia regional state administration, Oleksandr Starukh.
The project foresees the construction of a wind-driven plant with the capacity of up to 450 MWt in Pryazovsky district. Up to 180 wind turbines with the capacity of 2.5 MWt each would be installed.
