“Breaking The Vicious Circle of Death”. KSF will hold a special event commemorating the 90th Anniversary of the Holodomor-Genocide
On Tuesday, November 21, the Kyiv Security Forum will hold a special event "Breaking the Vicious Circle of Death" dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Holodomor-Genocide of the Ukrainian people.
The event will be attended by prominent figures, diplomats, public activists, and scholars.
Among those are Ambassador of the United States to Ukraine Bridget Brink, Ambassador of Israel Michael Brodsky, Ambassador of the United Kingdom Martin Harris, Ambassador of Germany Martin Jaeger; Chairman of the Kyiv Security Forum, Prime Minister of Ukraine in 2014-16 Arseniy Yatsenyuk; Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Holodomor Museum International Charitable Fund Ivan Vasyunyk.
Oleksandra Matviychuk, Head of the Center for Civil Liberties and Nobel Peace Laureate of 2022, and Timothy Snyder, a world-renowned historian and professor at Yale University, will deliver special video addresses to the participants of the event.
The participants of the panel "The Genocide of 1932-33 / 2022-23" are Lesia Hasydzhak, Acting Director General of the National Museum of the Holodomor-Genocide, Anton Drobovych, Chairman of the Ukrainian Institute of National Remembrance, Anton Korynevych, Ambassador-at-large at the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, Ukraine’s Agent at the United Nations International Court of Justice, and Ella Libanova, Director of the Institute of Demography and Social Studies at the National Academy of Science.
The event will be moderated by Danylo Lubkivsky, Director of the Kyiv Security Forum.
