Ukrainian military equipment is entering Kyiv to defend the city, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine says.

"Now Ukrainian military equipment is entering Kyiv to keep the defense of Kyiv," spokesman for the Ukrainian Interior Minister Vadym Denysenko said in a video message posted on Facebook by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Friday.

He appealed to the people of Kyiv with a request not to film or post information about the movement of equipment.
